On granting of planning approval for a new retail development in the centre of Rhyl, North Wales, Bryan G Hall were instructed by the client to undertake the detailed design of the highway infrastructure including a new three arm roundabout.  Other off-site improvements were designed including a controlled pedestrian crossing and widen existing footways to accommodate shared facilities.  Detailed designs were prepared to satisfy the requirements of Denbighshire Highways and Technical Approval was achieved in October 2016.

The Design Team at Bryan G Hall are currently involved in undertaking a site supervisor role on behalf of the client to ensure the works are constructed in compliance with the approved drawings and to liaise with the contractor to ensure the works are constructed to budget and on programme.
