Senior/Principal Transport Planner
We are looking for an experienced Senior/Principal Transport Planner to join our growing Transport Planning team, taking a lead role on a varied portfolio of projects for clients across the UK and Isle of Man.THE ROLE
- Lead Transport Assessments, Transport Statements and Travel Plans
- Manage projects and develop strong client relationships
- Undertake and direct junction capacity and highway modelling
- Represent BGH at pre-application meetings and planning inquiries
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
- Provide technical direction, mentoring and line management
ABOUT YOU
- Significant transport planning consultancy experience
- Strong project and client management skills
- Experience with junction capacity/highway modelling, including ARCADY, PICADY and LinSig
- Chartered or working towards Chartership through CIHT, ICE, CILT or equivalent
- A confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and take ownership of projects
