Bryan G Hall prepared a Transport Statement and Framework Travel Plan to accompany an outline planning application by Northminster Ltd for a proposed 140 bed hotel and a residential block made up of 8 two bedroom apartments on the site of an existing car park off Piccadilly, York.

The site was granted planning permissions and Bryan G Hall have been working with the developers to discharge pre-commencement conditions such as undertaking highways road network condition surveys.
