Northminster Business Park, York

Northminster Business Park currently stretches to over 18 acres and is home to over 40 businesses employing approximately 500 staff in over 220,000 sq ft of accommodation.  Located to the western side of York the park provides a mixture of accommodation including offices, business space, warehousing and industrial units.

Bryan G Hall were originally commissioned to produce transport and highways documents for a planning application for the new business park. Since the first commission we have been involved in a number of subsequent planning applications for new developments on the park.

This has also included providing input in the design and layout of the park and plots ensuring connects to the surrounding sustainable transport network are maintained and enhanced.
