Bryan G Hall were instructed by Morthminster Limited to produce a Transport Statement as part of a planning application for a residential development on the site of the Lodge and Extern House, Lawrence Street, York.

The development were for a residential development of 14 residential units on the site of the existing Grade 2 Listed Lodge and Extern House.

Careful considerations in regard to the access arrangements and parking facilities had to be made.

Planning permission was granted in winter 2018.
