David is a chartered Engineer and has over 22 years’ post-graduate experience specialising in highway, traffic and transportation matters in conjunction with all types of development proposals. He currently leads and manages a Transportation/Highways team advising clients on transport issues and solutions and delivering projects through the planning process.
David advises clients at the feasibility stage and takes projects through the planning process to completion. This work includes preparing Transport Assessments/Travel Plans/Environmental Assessments and negotiating on S106 obligations and planning conditions. David has a full understanding of the planning appeal process and has represented clients on a wide range of land use schemes on Transport/Highway matters at Local Plan, S78 Appeals and Call In Inquiries. David is also an experienced Road Safety Auditor and leads our Safety Audit Team.
Outside of work David is a keen follower of the Boro’ and all sports.
