Bryan G Hall were commissioned to produce a Transport Statement and Travel Plan to accompany an outline planning application by Sheffield United Football Club Ltd for a proposed new club shop for Sheffield United Football Club and a block of 45 apartments above, on an area of undeveloped land within the grounds of Bramall Lane Football Stadium.

Permission was granted in February 2017 and Bryan G Hall were subsequently instructed to assist with the discharge of various transport and highways related conditions.
