Phoebe graduated from the University of Leeds with an MSc in Transport Planning. She has joined Bryan G Hall as a Graduate Transport Consultant in September 2023.

Phoebe currently assists on various technical and travel planning tasks including the production of travel plans, transport statements and transport assessments.

Phoebe is a Liverpool FC supporter and in her spare time enjoys spending time with friends and family, breaking trophies but no longer goes to the gym.
