Bryan G Hall Ltd was appointed by ATC Properties Limited to advise on the proposed redevelopment of the former Lounge Cinema located on North Lane, Headingley, Leeds, to a mixed development comprising food retail, restaurant and apartments together with car parking. The application included a detailed Travel Plan aimed at reducing the number of car-borne trips to and from the site and surrounding area particularly during the highway network peak periods. Worked commenced on 24th October 2011. The former cinema foyer is being sensitively adapted for restaurant use and the whole development will be complete by September 2012.
