Bryan G Hall provided Highways and Transport services to CEG to assist in the securing and delivery of various planning permissions for some 900 dwellings on the 120 acre former Ministry of Defence army barracks site in Chester.

Bryan G Hall were commissioned throughout the life of the project and our involvement included:
•Advising on access and mitigation strategies
•Preparation and agreement of Transport Assessments and Travel Plans for each phase of development
•Preparation and agreement of Area Wide Travel Planning Mitigation Strategy
•Attendance at Appeal Inquiry
•Undertaking the detailed design and supervising implementation of the offsite S278 works

Bryan G Hall is now appointed by Elan and Rowland Homes as Travel Plan Coordinator for their phases of the site, delivering sustainable transport measures for existing and future residents.
