In 2011 Bryan G Hall Limited were instructed by CEG to advise on the transportation issues in relation to the proposals to redevelop the Tudor Nursery site in Goffs Oak, Broxbourne,  The proposals included the demolition of existing buildings and construction of up to 360 dwellings, a retail unit (Use Class A1), associated open space, drainage features and vehicular, pedestrian and a cycle access.

Bryan G Hall were involved in providing representations on behalf of CEG as part of the Local Plan process and produced both a Transport Assessment and Travel Plan to accompany the planning application for the site.
