Manse Farm, Knaresborough

In 2011 Bryan G Hall Limited were instructed by CEG to advise on the transportation issues in relation to proposals to develop arable land on Manse Farm, located off the A59, to the east of Knaresborough, North Yorkshire.

Outline Planning Permission was successfully granted in Autumn of 2013 for 600 residential dwellings.

Bryan G Hall were also employed by CEG to undertake the detailed design of two access roundabouts on the A59, Improvements to two existing traffic signal junctions, along with several other off site highway improvements.
